Prishtina is the biggest city in Kosovo, hence the largest socio-economic and cultural centre of the country. The city is also the main centre of the students, which means that a great percentage of the population are youngsters. However, considering the fact that Kosovar society is conservative and homophobic, we do advise that you proceed with big caution when you are in public spaces.
